Field Ready has a recently developed partnership with Rotterdam University. We will work with design students in their 4th year to develop and test items. While students often have the opportunity to complete a practicum, working with Field Ready gives students the chance to work on meaningful projects and exposes them to the humanitarian sector. By working directly with our team in Nepal, students gain practical experience and mentorship and help us to increase our list of items.
Some of the projects under development are Hydroponics using PET bottles and plastic waste, air pollution masks, rainwater harvesting and storage as well as other items. We will continue to share updates on these projects. This relationship has been mutually beneficial for both parties, we are eager to continue this work and see how other educational institutions can collaboratively work with us.
